*Cold therapy temperatures and times vary for each individual, the goal is to enjoy the benefits of ice bathing. Recommendations are 15ºC for up to 3 minutes with a maximum of 11 minutes over a week.

high or low blood pressure
have a pacemaker/defibrillator
currently using medications such as diuretics barbiturates blood thinners antihistamines and/or beta-blockers
do you have a recent (within 48hrs) joint injury to chronically hot/swollen joints
do you have a fever or a condition that makes you insensitive to cold
none of the above
